POLICY
Shipping notes:
Cakes/Pies - All cake and pie orders will be shipped on the following business day of order receipt with the following exceptions:
- Orders received on Wednesdays by 5pm eastern, will ship on Thursday, Monday if Thursday falls on a holiday or if your in a state where shipping may take 3 days. No order will ship on Friday.
- Orders received on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. For cake and pie orders to be enjoyed within the state of Ohio, please call to discuss delivery options.
Holiday Orders - To receive your holiday orders in time, please place your order ten (10) days in advance.
We do not ship or deliver on: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
All orders are made once payment has been received if invoice has not been paid the order will not be made.
REFUNDS OF TREATS:
IF AN ORDER IS CANCELLED FOR TREATS WITHIN 72HRS 50% OF MONIES WILL BE RETURNED
REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN FOR BELOW:
Wrong address given for shipping or delivery
Cancellation not done within 72hrs
A order is sent to someone who is not home or out of town when shipped or delivered.
There is a $25 fee for changes made to cake and cupcake orders. These changes have to be made 2 weeks before order is due to be delivered no changes will be excepted at that point.
REFUNDS OF CATERING SERVICES AND SWEETS TABLES:
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
IF AN ORDER IS CANCELLED FOR CATERING SERVICES OR SWEETS TABLES 50% WILL BE CHARGED OF THE CONTRACT. IF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN DAY BEFORE OR DAY OF EVENT 100% CONTRACT PRICE WILL BE CHARGED. NO REFUNDS ONCE CONTRACT PAID.
Please note that shipping estimations are determined by USPS, and are not guaranteed by Chacon's Sweet Treats and Good Eats. Once orders are shipped we are no longer liable and you will need to contact USPS to get issue resolved.
