    The company as My Global Web LLC should be investigated for taking/scaming money from ******* customers which they did to me November 2023 . They represented themselves as ******* when they're not affiliated with them. ******* should look into this for their customers at the very least since they're representing ******* so this won't happen to others.

    Customer is confused, my global web dose not sell sirus radio. We do not make sales calls or represent any company. What we provide is a platform for echeck and credit card transactions.

    I took an offer from Sirius 5 years for $199.99 I never got the deal and Sirius has no record of the payment It says on my bank account statement that the payment went to MyGlobleWeb yet I can’t get in touch with these people, all phone numbers are not working numbers, I want my $ back this is a scam! If I could give them a no star rating I would

    I received a call from a company saying they were from serious xm saying they were offering a promotion and was I interested I said ok 2 years for 90.00 I gave my credit card info was charged 90.00 and when it got declined by discover the rep said you need to authorize it I did not I immediately called SiriusXM and they were not affiliated with this company and Discover said that the company tried to send it through three different times. Finally on the third time the charge was finalized. I was not happy about this and I asked discover why did it happen and she said because they kept trying to send it through so many times the third time finally worked even though I declined the charge, when I called the company back again to tell them that I wanted to stop the charge and a refund she said no that’s OK don’t worry about it. You’ve already got the service and refused to refund the money. She said she remembers talking to me and that the only problem was is that I had to accept the charges and when I told her that I did not want the charges, I did not want the service that they were not affiliated with SiriusXM. The call abruptly ended when I tried to call back, the line went busy and the next day when I tried to call back, the phone number was disconnected , so it doesn’t sound like legitimate company to me at all and I’ve asked Discover to check into it and I hope that if they can find out who these people are that they will be stopped once and for all

    My Global Web Solution is a processing company for other campiness to do credit card or Echeck transactions. If the customer calls My Global Web Solution we will refund any monies back to the customer. I have no record of this customer calling My Global Web Solution.

    My Global Web Solution is a processing company of transaction for other companies. If the customer has a problem . all they need to do is either call us or the company they delt with for a full refund.
