    I have been trying to secure my refund for a defective product I purchased earlier this year. After receiving an RMA, I returned the product, which Provantage acknowledged on November 7th. Since then, I have been corresponding via email with Aundrea M***** from their team regarding the status of my refund (please see the attached PDF ************_ReturnInstructions" for conversation). We are approaching 60 days since they received the return. Aundrea has informed me that a discrepancy in Provantage's management processes has caused a delay in processing my refund. However, the lack of transparency surrounding this issue makes me concerned that I may not receive my approximately $50 back, as indicated in our email exchanges. Initially, I was hesitant to order from this company because of some concerning online reviews. Nevertheless, I found enough positive feedback from customers who confirmed they received their orders, which led me to proceed with my purchase. Unfortunately, I now have to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in an attempt to recoup my hard-earned money since my efforts are producing a refund. If Provantage refuses to refund my money, this complaint will be here to warn other potential buyers. A separate PDF of the receipt is attached.

    A credit of $52.99 was issued to Mr. *******' credit card account yesterday.  

    We regret the inconvenience this has caused Mr. *******.  The refund should not have taken this long.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
