    My orthopedic surgeon's office told me they wanted me to use a cryo brace for therapy after my knee replacement surgery. They told me there would be no cost to me. I received the brace from Darah Medical sometime in late June or early July (2024). On August 2nd, Darah sent me a bill for $136.16. I contacted them, and they eventually put me in touch with the sales **** ***********************. ****** eventually called me (on Aug 6th) to tell me that they were required to send me the bill, but I didn't have to pay it. Furthermore, ****** reassured me that I wouldn't get another bill. On September 3rd, I received another bill from Darah Medical, stating that I still owed $136.16 and I was now ***** days past due. I called *********************** on September 3rd at 2:52 pm, and left a message asking him to call me. I called him again on September 4th at 2:02 pm, and left another message asking him to call me. He has not returned my calls. I called Darah Medical's main office on September 4th, and left a message for ***********************, who is apparently the manager. She has not returned my call.I am concerned about my credit rating if they keep sending me bills. I want them to stop sending me bills, and remove the amount they say that I owe. If they are unwilling to do that, I want them to take back the cryo brace they sent me, and notify my insurance company that I returned the brace to them.

    I am very sorry that you were not contacted in a timely fashion from our company.  Your question was forwarded to the correct managing contact by ****.  Your physician's office was incorrect in stating that you would owe nothing.  Your medical insurance has a co-insurance that would apply to your medical equipment.  Please contact me directly at ***************** so I can help with this issue.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  We have come to an agreement on the bill they sent to me.  No further action is needed.
