5 starsAllstate exterior put a roof on used a subcontractor they was not professional didn’t cover windows or my central air unit damaged my newly built deck broke some light and one of my flood light went out to address them on how they was not protective of my property didn’t speak English called supervisor to come out to speak to them about how they was being careless how they was throwing debris off and after the job was complete starting having issues with my plumbing they had stuffed all kinds of roofing material in my vent pipe which lead to flooding backed up toilets couldn’t shower use my facilities for 4-6 weeks had an elderly person here as well they came out tried sending 2 plumbing companies out had altercation with them sent them away tried to do it in house still did not resolveReview fromJamie A

2 starsInitially happy after some wind and rain damage to our roof. We experienced additional leakage after completion and they answered in a timely manner to ***air. While initially doing the work, two of the ***s asked to come in to look in our attic because they accidentally pulled out the roof ***** we don't have an attic because it is a modular home. They told us they were pretty sure they fixed it and we shouldn't have any issues. We turned on our furnace and it isn't working right. we call an **** company to come take a look and they verify there is nothing wrong with the furnace and ask if we had any roof work done recently. We had, he looks at the roof **** and tells us that there are issues with it and we should call the roofing company back to fix it as they should be insured against any damages they cause while working. We called a *** who we had worked with when we had the first issue and he came out. He was here for approximately 20 min and told us it had to be with the piping and we would have to cut access to fix it and once the piping was fixed he would come out and ***lace the roof ****. My husband later that day cut an access point and nothing was wrong with the piping, this was confirmed by HVAC personel. My husband calls the same *** to let him know the piping is fine and the *** says he would be out Wednesday to fix the roof ****. It is Wednesday and by 1PM no one has came so, my husband calls the *** to confirm he was still coming out. This *** then says "Oh my manager forgot to call you let me have him reach out." When the mgr calls my husband explained the situation and the mgr asks "Why do you think that's our problem?". After more of a conversation as to why, the mgr told my husband he would talk it over with the initial *** and call back. Well, the mgr called back and his solution was "If you buy a roof **** we will install it because my *** said that did not happen". I understand that you are roofers, but if you mess something up, fix it.Review fromErick K

Wish I coulda put 0 Stars. Sounds great at first and continues on a downward trajectory after. ****** work, left trash and scraps. Broke 2 steps on our patio and I had to fight for them to fix it.

Paul and his crew were absolutely amazing! They were courteous and did a great job on siding my house. Previously my house had old siding that had been painted and it looks like a new house.
