    We had my son’s 8th birthday here in January 2023. January 21 2023. We paid over $400 just for the rental and with additional players we paid well over $1000 as a group only to be kicked out with nothing more than an apology. No offers for refunds or any sort of resolution. We were kicked out because a girl was accidentally shot in the head with a foam dart. There was no malicious intent it was purely an accident. We’ve tried emailing, calling, reaching out through Facebook and no response from the business. This occurred at the Polaris location in Columbus, OH. I’ve attached a copy of the original receipt emailed to me as well as the credit card statement showing I alone paid nearly $700 and I know other members of our group also paid to upgrade their gun.
