Marshal's Tree Service was cutting a tree in my yard - they told me they were insured (I specifically asked because I was worried on a tree falling on my fence). On 11/8/2021 they cut a tree, and it fell and dented the fence. They said they would fix it. A few months later, the owner came with a car jack and attempted to jack up the fence (to smooth out the dent). In doing this be broke/popped the post, causing more damage (I have all on video). He said he would replace the panel due to the damage. He never did. A month ago (I have text proof) he said he paid the fence company to fix it. They said they never received payment. He was not able to provide proof of payment or any record of payment (the fence company has electronic payments and nothing was processed). It has been three weeks now and the owner of Marshals Outdoors is not responding to calls, emails, or texts. I just want them to repair the damage they did (all on video). This is wrong.

    Hello,
I wanted to provide an update. The tree service just refunded the $400 we paid to cut down the tree. While it is not what we originally agreed to, and less than the cost of the fence repair, I agree to it, and consider this done.

Sad that they took so long and didn't handle it quicker (from the 11/8/2021 damage), but I am glad to have my money back. Now we will just deal with fixing the fence that was broken.

I wanted you to be aware he refunded $400. These two screenshots are from right now. Again, I accept that and will move on.
