    Alaina ******* and Debbie *** are some of the worst and rudest insurance agents I have ever spoken to in my life. Between not acting according to the directions of their customer and principal policy holder to being rude when asked to comply, I do not know what's worse. Fedeli is very dishonest regarding your policy and costs. I would steer clear if you are expecting any type of legitimate service, honesty, or transparency. Their manager, Keith ********, is really not any better. He will not take your concerns seriously, he will not call you back when he tells you he will, and the best he will offer for what amounts to fraud from his team is "I'm sorry, I can't do anything." Insurance is enough of a nightmare even with a good agent. Definitely go through a different agency. As a paying customer of over 20 years, I have to say I am disgusted with the agents and agency as a whole. Do not go to them for home or auto insurance, you will be disappointed (and ripped off).
