    Stay away from this company! They do not monitor your alarm. We had our alarm go off 3 times and never received a call. They said they did not have any record of an alarm breach. I told them I was going to switch companies and they told me it would be over a $1000 to buy out my contract. I told them to come and get their equipment. I waited on 3 different days for them to come but they never showed up. Then when they did show up they only took out half their equipment so when the new company came out they could not install the new equipment because they never took out the American programing, So I called them back out and they came and still did not remove their program. I am now going to have to take out everything, the wiring the main boards and the key pads and start from scratch which will be quite costly. They told me it is their policy not to deprogram the system when someone switches company. So actually when they came out they had no intention of removing their equipment so the next company could install. When you call the owner you only get "lip service", no solutions. They don't care and stand for nothing! They want your money and then they are done with you. Do yourself a favor and go to another company.
