These people are sloppy liars that sent people over that had no idea what they were doing. They were to replace snow legs on my Trane heat pump and did not do it properly. The heat pump is perched precariously on the edge of the snow legs instead of putting them under the edges of the heat pump the way the ones were done that they replaced. The heat pump therefore could slip off of the snow legs at any time. This was just a quick sloppy job and I am unhappy with it. I called and asked them to fix this mess they made and they refused. I would NOT recommend these sloppy rude people to anyone and certainly I will not give them my business ever again.

Mrs. Hoff called in and asked to have the snow legs under the heat pump replaced. The job was quoted and approved. The snow legs have adhesive on them, so they will not move. The men take pictures of their work. At that time, we saw that the equipment pad should be replaced, not the snow legs. We did what the customer asked for and replaced the snow legs. She never asked for an evaluation or sent any pictures. The old legs were a different brand than the ones we supply. We would have used the Trane brand if she had requested it. We would replace the pad at an additional cost and could have put OEM legs back under it at no cost.Review fromKimberly D

They were assigned to me through the City of Columbus. The communication was great, they were very professional, came in replaced my AC/ Water Tank, both top of the line. They took care of everything that was need. My home feel so much more comfortable now. I later received in mail the contract warranty for 10 yrs also along with that a very nice Thank You card for their business. Making an appointment was quick and they came the next day during the time specified. The tech called when he was on his way. The fix to my air conditioner was quick, thorough and not as expensive as I thought it was going to be. The tech had the part needed on his truck so no need for a return visit. My air was getting cooler before he left. I will definitely call them again. Thank you!Franklin Heating And Cooling

One of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time! The installers of my central air conditioning unit and my furnace were friendly, knowledgeable. professional, and had an excellent work ethic. They were here promptly when they said they would be and they stayed until they had the jobs completely finished. All the office employees I had dealings with were polite and respectful and very helpful. The owner of the company was very personable and honest. I am sitting here (@ 93 Degrees Farenheit Ambient Temperature) comfortably inside of my Cool Abode with my ailing wife (56 years) , enjoying the Climate created for us Inside of our home by Franklin Heating.Cooling and Refrigeration. This old House (****) has never been this Climate Comfortable. We would like to Personably Thank *******************, *******************, and the Rest of your ************ either *seen or *unseen for *Caring about us and for *Helping us.
