Terrible work and a theif. Worst experience of my life. Had my bathroom remodeled. Aside from the workers showing up sporadically and the job taking 3x as long as quoted.. literally EVERYTHING they touched is damaged, and materials were not what was discussed and selected!... They abandoned the job unfinished! I had to hire another company to complete the work!. They damaged my walls and a door was damanged and not repaired or replaced.. The toilet is not as spece'd.the vanity was not as spec'd..it's way too big. The fixtures were not my selection..there is still no backsplash on my sink..almosy every single tile on my shower wall was installed chipped. The fixtures have scrapes in the finish...the toilet paper holder was installed backwards..the towel bar installed too high... The granite countertop was mismeasured and does not completely cover the cabinets! When they did the shower plumbing it was literally raining in my basement..had to shut the water off until they returned another day...this took a few attempts but also ruined my closet walls which they attempted to repair but didn't finish... They shattered the first glass shower door and when it came crashing down it chipped and broke floor tiles and the granite transition..it chipped the wood on my new vanity..everything should have been replaced..EVERYTHING was damages, but instead of fixing everything we never saw him again or heard from him. The ceiling paint in the shower began peeling and pitting, I had to have another crew come in to redo the ceiling! Why do I call Eric a theif? Because I signed two contracts with him. One for my bathroom and one for another project He never refunded the 1200.00 for the second project and did not do the work on it. I did call attorneys butbitnwoukd have cost me more in legal bills that to rectify this. But consider yourself warned ??

I can hardly believe Eric ****** can still be in business! We hired him to remodel our kitchen and lay engineered hardwood throughout the first floor. We fired him after the "job?" was 3/4 done. The flooring is uneven with gaps everywhere. He didn't install spacers between cabinets where they were called for and provided. Some of the cabinets were mounted with screws that missed the studs. The framing for the refrigerator was installed backwards. The sink cabinet was twisted and one side separated in the back. The water line to the dishwasher was attached to the cold water line. The frame for the pass thru from the kitchen to the dining room wasn't squared. They damaged two pieces of furniture. And they left our house a total mess at the end of each five hour work day. I could continue but I'm getting angry again just writing this! We are in the process of suing him to try and get some of our money back. I was told that he changed the name of his business to avoid responsibility and avoid restitution. Just to repeat, the name is Eric Barnes and you hire him at your own risk!
