    Nov 12 my internet service went down. Called 5GMesh left message. That first week called at least 50 times no response. Left texts, e-mails messages. My bill is 29.95 per month so I sent them a check on Dec 2 for 11.00 to cover my service for Nov.1 to Nov 11. I wrote a letter and explained my service was down. On Dec. 26 they sent me a e-mail suspending my service because I owed they 67.95. I have sent messages saying I will take care of the bill if they explain to me what it is for. To this day Jan 10 I have had no response from them and my internet is still down. I hope you can help me.

    5G MESH - INTERNET COMPANY IN FREMONT, OHIO HAS BEEN BILLING ME $59.95 FOR SERVICES NEVER RENDERED SEPTEMBER 2022- DECEMBER 2022. THERE WERE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS MADE TO THE COMPANY, LEFT MESSAGES AT FIRST. NOW MAILBOX IS FULL, AND IF YOU CALL YOU GET DISCONNECTED.

    We have been paying for internet from this company for many years and all of a sudden at the beginning of November 2022 our internet stopped working. We attempted to email, message call the company about this issue dozens of times and no one will answer or call us back. We went to the facility to speak with someone and a note on the door stated they were working remotely and to call all the numbers we have already tried. It is currently December 31, 2022 and still have had no contact from them but I am still receiving a bill statement from them. I just want to make sure I will not be sent to collections for non-payment of a service I am no longer receiving and cannot get ahold of anyone from the company to speak with. I do not wish to receive a bill from them any longer. I will attach the message I sent on my account from 11/11/22 saying they will not return my calls (which I called many more times after this message was sent) I will also attach the data map showing that there has been no internet since 11/11/22 and the most recent billing statement they have sent me.

    We have had 5G Mesh as our Internet provider since 10/25/12. We have not had Internet service since 11/11/22. We have called and left messages with NO response. We have also texted to a seperate number they provide for *****, also with NO response. We have contacted our neighbors/friends that we know also have 5G Mesh as their Internet provider and they have called and also received NO response. We paid for a years worth of service using our credit card. We paid for service from 8/1/22 to 7/31/23. We have a copy of this receipt.
