      Horrible! Avoid this location. I would give them no stars if that was an option. We purchased a mattress from this location. We went to the location on 3/13/25 at 10am, a 45 minute drive, to discuss exchanging the firm mattress for a medium. We were informed that a manager or our sales associate wasn't available, and they would definitely call us that day. We waited until 3:00 and didn't receive a phone call. We called around 4 and was told again that the associate would be in touch before closing. No call. We called on 3/14/25 several times. Again, we were told that the sales associate would return our call later that day. No call. On 3/15/25, we called a few times to get no answer or to be told he would contact us. Finally, we spoke to a manager that told us that he had told the associate to call us, but he must have forgotten. We discussed our options for the mattress and were told to call back on 3/20 because that was the end of the 30 days trial period. On 3/20/25, We called again to be told there was no manager there to call later that evening. We called that evening to get no answer. I tried calling from my work phone and you guessed it, they answered. When the associate answered, and I asked for the manager, she started talking about our case without asking our name or order number. So, how did she know what we were calling about? My guess, they were screening our calls. I called another store to discuss the trial period. Now, we know how they are scamming people. We were informed that we purchased the mattress when it was on sale and to exchange it for the same mattress just a different firmness, we have to pay what is costs now, which is about 500.00 more. We were told that our 90 days would be up around Memorial Day and then they could sell us the mattress on sale. What sense does this make? I have tried reaching out to corporate and customer service.

      Buyers beware! December had two couches delivered at our house. The end of December 2024, we had a rip in the back of our couch. I called to let them know. They came out, said they would order two backs for the couch, because there was two rips, in the seam. I called the service center, to ask when we would get our new backs for our couch. They told me they didn’t know. Now it is February 26th 2025, no new backs. They told me it’s on a boat, maybe be here in a month. DO NOT buy from Morris Furniture!!!????

      Bought an AshleyFurniture Sectional in Feb 2022 for $1500, luckily - I say luckily with a grain of salt, also purchased the warranty. Within a few weeks, color began to change, frame then broke (there's only two of us - averaged sized adults) and we aren't home often enough at the same time to warrant this type of wear. Not even sure when/how the frame broke, but it felt like sitting on the floor. Contacted the insurance company about our warranty, a technician finally came out, and then we get notified that the insurance company approved an "entire" new sectional. Low and behold on delivery day, they only had 2/3 pieces of the sectional! Leaving two different heights on either side of the wedge. Along with 2/3 color of the sectional not even remotely close to the old side. The new sectional arm doesn't feel or look even remotely close to what we originally purchased. I'm really unsure how this was able to happen, selling such a terribly made product at that price. Contacting the store and insurance company provides no help. Will never buy another piece of furniture from here again.

      Expensive, but not worth the quality. The warranty is a scam. They have a “no use no lose” policy. They do not tell you until after you file that it is prorated if you file a refund any day prior to the day of it being a five year warranty. My couch broke and I was given information to ask for a refund on the no use no lose so I could use the refund to fix the problem that they do not warrant. After two separate days on the phone, totaling about 2 hours, I am receiving $29.24 of my warranty after 4 years and 5 months of not needing it until a problem happened that is not under warranty bc a piece of my frame broke and they only cover rips and tears!! Total scam!!

      Bought table and chairs from them in February picked up in March table was damaged and so was one of the chairs. Reported the issue and the team at Morris kept asking for an ACK#. There wasn’t one for these items. However they keep asking for the # so I (the consumer who bought the furniture) reach out the the manufacturer of these items and they too don’t have a clue what these ACK#’s are and they would contact Morris buyer to get this resolved so I could start the whole replacement form for the two damaged items. it is now December and Morris still doesn’t have these replacement items. Buyer beware and I wouldn’t spend your money with these folks no matter what price break you think you’ll get it’s just not worth the lack of customer service they teach at Morris

      My name is Angela ***** and on August 29, I bought a beautiful table and 6 leather chairs from Morris Home Furniture 3 months after the table started peeling I called and Management said to go online to report I did and they came out to take pics this table was still under warranty and I have called and texted no follow up to fix my table I paid over 1,000 for that table and 3 months into warranty it is loosing its black color and peeling this table was defected and I just want a new table they were nice in selling it but trying to get anyone to help with this problem not do much they just wanted the warranty to run out so they would not have to help me, I don't think this is right and not good customer service for such a well thought of company. Please help me get this resolved and hopefully this will stop then from treating good customers this way when spending hard earned money

      Made me select one to post but would have selected Zero stars if possible . Bought a Lazy Boy sectional , the delivery company was very rude, got mud all over my floor. Before they left I checked the electric recliners but didn’t think to check the manual one. Once they left I checked it, it was very hard to work then once I got it up it wouldn’t go back down. I called them and they sent a service guy out a few weeks later. He said there was a part missing and it had to be ordered. That was in January 2022. Every time I try to call you cannot get a hold of anyone. I have been to the store 4 or 5 times and every time they have a new manager. They said they would replace the section of the sectional if the piece didn’t come in in the next few weeks. Then again no call and can’t get a hold of anyone. I go back to store and another manager who now says the sectional has been discontinued and he will look into what he can do and call me back. Again no call and no resolution. Ive been paying on this couch for two years and have a zip tie holding the middle recliner down because it doesn’t work. Very poor Customer Service, I will not buy from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

      If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. The foam fell apart on the left end of my sectional less than a year after purchase. They kept playing games, finally they had a 3rd party come out who then stated the whole piece needed replaced. Ashley was very rude and stated when we know something, you'll know something. They randomly sent the third party back out who stated they were instructed to cut open the couch, repair the foam, and then resew it. No one asked our permission before they randomly decided that. We allowed them to do it because after 4 months of fighting, it was better than nothing. The 3rd party repairman they sent out stated that if that didn't fix the problem they needed to replace that part of the couch. Here we are in September 8 months later and they still haven't "received word back from the manufacturer." This place is an absolute rip off of thousands of dollars, they have no intention of standing behind their products or making anything right. Run far away and fast!

      We have purchased 3 lounges from Morris. The first 2 were cheaper couches and both broke in the same place. We called for service and never got a call back from anyone. We purchased a 3rd couch which was $3,000 +. With in 1 week they had to replace the core of one of the seats. We have called to get the couch repaired again, the service company came out and lied to Morris about what they did. We then email the service manager with out displeasure. 3 months later and still no contact from Morris so we are very disappointed with their service/warranty. All I can say is buyer beware "The furniture is Low Quality Junk". You definitely lost a customer here after 3 failures of your non existent customer service after the purchase is made. UPDATE Received a response to this review saying how disappointed they were etc. Requested I contacted them. I contacted them a week ago from my email address. I have not heard anything from them. That just reinforces my point. Their customer service after a purchase is non existent. Conclusión, 3 couches purchased, 3 couches failed and repairs completed ZERO. This also shows the customer service they have after purchase. BUYER BEWARE.

      I bought a brand new living room set and when we got it home on June 4, 2024 there was damage to the couch. When we unboxed the couch we had to assemble it and there was damage to it. The recliner had damage and the love seat had a spot on it. I called the store and was told we had to speak with customer service. I have been told multiple times someone would call me and have yet, 3 months later, received a call. I had to go thru the live chat and have now been told sorry there is nothing we can do! I now have brand new furniture that is damaged and looks like it is 20 yrs old. This is the worse customer service I have ever felt with. The sales people have been great and have been fighting for us but they keep getting told sorry nothing we can do.
