    I signed up to be a member of the URA on 4/16/22. After thinking it over I have decided I don't want to be apart of the organization and have emailed and called numerous times to get them to cancel my membership and remove my credit card information from the billing profile so my credit card wont be charged on 6/15/22. They have ignored all of my attempts to get this resolved. My request number for this incident is ********

    Good Afternoon,

    We do apologize for the delay and thank you for the courtesy voicemail;
    please disregard my voicemail. The letters were sent to our Treasurer's
    address in OH, however, we physically operate in Annandale, VA. We just
    received both letters yesterday, May 24, 2022.

    **** ******** does have a request; I will include that here, as well as
    attach his billing history. In reading your letter, I see that **** may
    have thought we were taking his money against his will/authorization. All
    cancellation requests that come in prior to billing day (on the current
    platform, that is the 15th of each month) are honored so that no one is
    billed. **** requested cancellation prior to 5/15 and therefore was
    cancelled and not billed. He was also within our trial period and wouldn't
    have been charged this month.
    *Note:* We have no record of a call from **** ********, the only way we
    would know is if a voicemail were left like the one you all have left. Our
    voicemails come through a computed system and that's how we keep record
    (CommuniKate systems)
