    I have reached out due to a poor restaurant experience through the subway website 4 times and the manager, ***, sends the same exact response not addressing the issue (see attached). My friend and I tried to use a promo coupon online and it would not work so we took the coupon to the store. The girl working said they don't accept them and would ONLY take the $6.99 for ONE sub. The next day I confirmed that they SHOULD have accepted the coupons and we were lied to and overcharged. Also our 2 subs were missing the lettuce and tomato that they are supposed to come with per the menu specifications. I have asked 4 times for a credit and replacement subs and the manager refused to respond to this request.

    8/13/24 called business talked to *** the manager. His verbal response was He stated he talked to the customer and that he offered her $7 refund or can remake the sub for her just come up there and ask for ***. adv I will relay message.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    I have never spoken with ***, only received the emails I originally submitted that didn't offer to resolve the issue.

    I would agree to both of our subs being remade for no charge as both were missing the lettuce/tomato they were supposed to come with.  I am not ok with only one sub being replaced/remade as we purchased 2 subs and overcharged for one of them.
