    I paid ***** ****** $11,000 for home renovations and he just ghosted me!He was also renting a place from me and hasn't paid rent since September and just got him evicted, he also left my place trashy and full of dog waste

    Hired Kevin H***** and his project manager Jesse J**** to perform construction and structural repairs on a residence located in Chillicothe, Ohio. I wired the contractor an amount over $55,000 in order to start the construction and order materials. They performed some of the services for the first couple of weeks and then vanished and have ghosted me.

    Hired contractor to work on 4 properties. Contractor started work on 2, then did demo on other 2 and one roof. After weeks of delays, contractor completely stopped responding to my requests for photos and proof of any work done. I put down a $5000 deposit that was to be taken off the last draw payment. They owe me $5000 x4 properties = $20,000. Blocked me on social media and has not returned a phone call or text message since October 4th 2022. It is now November 10th. Not to mention, the new contractors I hired said the work done was not done professionally.
