      I ordered a meal from this Jimmy Johns location (2165 NORTH HIGH ST., COLUMBUS, OH 43201) on Monday, April 1, 2024 - see attached receipt. Order was placed for delivery through the store's app (not through a third party like Doordash). Order was marked as complete but it never arrived. I called the store to seek a refund or replacement and they told me they were unable to process a refund "because this happens too often". The employee told me that she would check with the driver and call me back. She never called me back. I called back to the store about 20 minutes later and the employee said the driver drove past where he delivered the meal and made sure it was the correct location, and that he knocked. I was sitting by my front door the entire afternoon and nobody knocked, nor was any order left on my porch. If he had verified the location, he would have known he did not deliver it to the right location. The employee continued to tell me "it's my driver's word against yours" - as if I didn't just pay $16.29 for the meal. I am seeking a refund for the full amount of the order.
