    Avoid leasing with this company at all costs! I have lived in an apartment they own in Delaware, OH since 2015. For the first few years they were OK. However, in the past year 2023-2024 they have gone downhill. They change property managers, leasing agents, office administrators, and maintenance personnel as often as I change socks. No one wants to work for this overdemanding owner. Recently, they falsely accused me of smoking in a vacant apartment (which was locked from the ourside) and failed to acknowledge they were wrong. Why would I go into a locked vacant apartment to smoke when I quit smoking in 2021 after I suffered a stroke. They were not man (woman?) enough to admit they made up this story in an effort to file a bogus violation and basically try to push me out the door so they can "flip" the apartment and get more rent money. I echo the comments of the previous reviewer.

    Do not trust this company. Please trust me. I worked with the Dover branch to rent a home and they do NOT honor their words. I believe the mistake they made wasn't malicious at first, but it has become that way now that they refuse to correct their error. I do not understand how a business can operate that way. I'm usually not the "review" guy but they broke my family's heart unnecessarily, and them stomped on the pieces. I wouldn't be able to feel good about myself if I didn't at least try to warn other people.
