      Original contact was January 23 2024. I paid $850 + tax with the understanding they would help me get rid of bed bugs at my residence. Apparently their address and phone number have changed. Current info I have is ###-###-#### with address **** ******** ***** ***** *** ******** ** *****. I have gotten treatments from them several times since then. Last date was June 10. I talked to john on July 8 and he said they would schedule me last week. I have not gotten any further contact and they did not show. I currently get a non responsive voice mail for **** at ###-###-####. He had asked me to collect specimens but did not come to retrieve them. I have taken additional actions of replacing the box spring and using bed bug covers, thrown out contaminated bags, and removed wallpaper from the bedroom highly infested. I want to know if they can do any thing else to get rid of the bugs. It seems their treatments are not effective!

      We have spoken with Mr. ****** and have an attack plan set for MONDAY.   His place has been treated over a dozen times for bed bugs, a record for us.  Despite the great low price he was quoted initially of about 850, we have returned and returned. He reports continuing bed bugs, and we are going to use a two man team, and him too, to tear down the one room with issues, using the best product on the market, a microbial called ********.   We have told him that we can only apply these materials in a way that is legal.  In this case, we have done so to an extreme level of service.  We are including him Monday, so there is no doubt whatsover as to our efforts.   I suspect he will be satisfied.   We can update in a week!

      I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint.  They did the treatment and are taking additional measures to check that it proves helpful
