    If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. Cancelled their appointment the first time, the second time—they no-showed/no call. Nick claims he was in the hospital, wished him well and was glad he was feeling better and he rescheduled for a third time. Again, no showed/no call. He claims he’s a professional company, but doesn’t run the business or portray himself as one. He has cost us a lot of time and money. Beware!

    They first came out on May 15 to tear out our whole driveway and replace it with a single layer. They were told we have a city water shutoff in our driveway and they saw it when they came out to give us an estimate and said it would not be a problem. The day they came to do our driveway we had to work when when came home that night from work we discovered that we no longer had a water shutoff they came out and tried to find it but we’re not able to. After having to have the city come out to find it we were told we had to hire someone to fix it. So we did they said they would pay for the damages and do what they had to fix our driveway and make it right. Here we are 2 months later and after getting our city water shutoff fixed they just came out today to “fix”our driveway. When my husband talked to Nick to tell him that the work for our water shutoff was completed and we needed them to come redo our driveway he told him that they had to cut a bigger hole then originally thought and it would need too be tore out and completely replaced. He responded back to what ever it takes. Well it was not what ever it takes they had no intention of making it like it was when they left the first time their solution was to put a cap on our driveway after they were told we were not settling for a cap on our driveway. My husband was home today and when he saw what they were doing he told them to stop called nick and said this is not what we talked about nick then proceeded to tell him he drove by and it wasn’t that bad and this is what they were doing. Then calls his employee and tells them to keep going with the cap. With everything we ended up having dun we paid them close to $6000 for our driveway and we have video proof from our doorbell of them ripping the water shutoff out of the ground with their bobcat and knowing they messed up. To know my driveway is right back to ware it started before we paid for this nightmare. I would not recommend this nightmare of a company to anyone.

    I got contacted by Asphalt Help the same day I requested to get a quote. The young lady I spoke to was very professional and sent somebody out the same week to take a look at my driveway. The owner was very knowledgeable on subject and was fair on the price. When the crew came out they were also nice and professional. My driveway looks amazing and has held up for a few month now. I recommend Asphalt Help to anyone

    At Asphalt Help, the accuracy of the job overall is inferior; the driveway cracked with chunks about to rise. The edges along the driveway sides are currently crumbling and pulling up over time. The company does not want to return to repair the driveway and prefers to keep adding sealant. Our concern is the driveway will not be able to hold its own through the winter season. The driveway service started approximately one year ago, and even then, there were only minor issues in the beginning. Communication was unprofessional during the calls, and I was friendly and professional as best possible for the situation. September 11th, 2021, they were supposed to render service for resurfacing the driveway, and they did not show up. After much communication, we got it rescheduled for October 4th, 2021. As this continued, we were canceled three times in total. On October 27th, 2021, they finally showed up to be able to resurface the driveway. After resurfacing happened, it rained, which started problems with the driveway. They sealed it on November 6th, 2021. Before winter, we started seeing cracks in the driveway; after winter, the break began to expand and deepen vertically and horizontally. Also, the roller was left on the driveway too long, creating a dip that they tried to repair but still exists.The hardest part is communicating with the company, as it seems the end user is unprofessional by raising their voice, with the interruption preventing two-way conversation about the situation. The second most challenging part is the integrity of punctuality, from phone calls to appointments. Lastly, I felt they were putting off any service to ensure the warranty expired.
