    Let me start this conversation by saying how violated I feel, its like some one coming in your home and trashing it and all you can do is watch them do it. I/We were not notified that this project was going to happen, one day I see a reel of plastic conduit show up on the street, next I observe a gentleman marking utilities lines in my yard. I ask him what was he doing he inform me that *** was installing new fiber in our community. Next I seen Stat Communication Trucks in the neighborhood. I tried to talk the employees, they really did not want to discuss the project, after I learned who the company was I made multiple attempts to reach someone in the company after numerous phone calls over multiple days I talk to a person she was polite and she took my name and number and told me that someone would contact me. Since I had not received any communication or notification on this project I kept a watchful eye on my security camera, when I observed Stat Communication employees at my residents I left my job and came home, I talk to the foreman who provide me some insight on the project, i ask him multiple questions he was sort of vague in his response. What I got out of conversation is Stat Communication has been contracted by *** and they are installing fiber in our community according to the foreman, at some point another company will restore our yards. I spend a lot of time and money to keep my yard looking pristine and to witness what Stat Communication is doing to my yard and my neighbor yards is beyond believe and is unacceptable. I am a Facilities Manager and I work closely with our Facilities Design and Construction Department what is going on in our community is wrong and unacceptable. My neighbors and I are owed an explanation on this project and how Stat Communication intends on restoring our yards to its original condition before this project started. I am extremely disappointed as I look at the condition of my property.

    This company has been working in my neighborhood to lay fiber for AT&T. They have been digging in yards that were marked so long ago that we have mowed 3 times and the paint is no longer visible. They cut my electric dog fence and cable line. Multiple neighbors also had their cable line cut and they hit a water main line as well. When trying to reach the company, there is often no answer and voicemail boxes are either full or not set up. Very disappointed in this company’s safety and professionalism.

    Disrespectful of all *****. Left massive amounts of damage when tearing up everyone's yard for ***** They flooded my yard and left multiple mounds of dirt, torn up lawn and orange pipes all over and drove heavy equipment over my yard, crushing long paths into it. When anyone complained to the crew we were handed business cards with the name ****** who never responded to anyone in the neighborhood. (Yes we all talk to each other via ******** and shared stories.)

    To whom it may concern and the person who wrote this review, I am sorry you have had this experience. We are actively working a rebuild project for **** in your area and in some situations cannot complete restoration until all cables are pulled in and pedestals are set. We've had many delays due to the ******************************* locating contractor, USIC, being so shorthanded. By law we are required to wait until the contractor locates all utilities before we begin/resume digging. We will not leave a neighborhood without restoration being done but it is the very last service to be performed.************************* is a very competent professional. He also has voicemail. If he doesn't answer the phone for whatever reason he will return every call in a timely manner, as within 24hrs. Also, no one called STAT directly to have a conversation.
