    I had never dealt with mold in my bathroom before! However, after discovering that mold in my master bathroom was causing health issues for me, I hired The Mold Man LLC for mold remediation. Sidney arrived on the scheduled day and immediately set up his Containment system to keep the mold from spreading to other areas of my condo. Over the next two days, he removed materials from the bathroom to locate all moldy areas, treated the mold as well as all surfaces in the master bathroom and bedroom with an antimicrobial botanical solution, and ran a powerful HEPA air cleaner to purify the air. Sidney worked nonstop and thoroughly completed the job, leaving the treated areas free of all dust and debris. From beginning to end, he was concerned about improving my health situation by removing all mold. For a reasonable cost, I feel comfortable that Sidney conducted a thorough removal of all present mold in my master bathroom, which has allowed me to use it without fear of becoming sick again.

    Wow, we are so glad we hired the Mold Man to help us with our dank, moldy basement! At one point, my husband actually said, "Who is this guy?? He's like a machine!" LOL Sidney (aka Mold Man) located all the trouble spots where moisture was seeping in, killed the mold, sealed the cracks (turns out we had a ton of cracks!), and did a super thorough job of sealing the walls so no more water can come in. And he addressed the outside trouble spots to stop the water coming in. I can feel and smell the difference now going down into the basement! A relief we won't have to live overtop where it was once so gross and unhealthy. He's a super nice guy and is also good at educating the homeowner about mold. He is organized on the business side as well. Took lots of pictures before and after and sent professional invoices which I appreciated. I know you will be happy you chose the Mold Man to handle your mold issue! :)

    Sydney was outstanding! Was selling our house and upon inspection did not know we had some mold in our basement. Had 2 prior contractor come out and wanted to do the whole basement instead of just the spots and was charging an outstanding fee. Sydney came out within a couple of days cleaned the spots that they found on the inspection and also found and cleaned some spots he found. He cleaned everything up after he was done. Charged a VERY responsible price and had the job done in a few hours. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a great job to be done for mold removal.
