    I was looking for a part for a Ryobi miter saw. Looked up the part on the Ryobi site was transferred to Gardner inc . The price was 97 cents. I got a call from my bank that they tried to charge me 9.49 twice. Had to get a new debit card. 2nd time this year. Stay far away from Gardner inc. Shame on companies using such a crappy operation. Couldn't pick zero stars

    Wanting an OEM part for my Homelite power washer I logged on to what I believed was the Homelite's webpage (homelite.com), as it prominently displayed the HOMELITE logo. I located the the pressure hose (reasonable price for OEM); however, the shipping cost was not shown, indicating that shipping charges will be calculated as part of the order. Being cautious I called the phone number provided on the webpage to obtain a shipping cost. The individual I spoke with gave me the cost of shipping (about $11.00). When I inquired as to whether or not it was an OEM part, she eluded that they were an authorized Homelite distributor, the part was an OEM part, and that the main office only handled warranty repair calls. Feeling that I was dealing directly with Homelite I went ahead and placed the order online feeling that in doing so I would get a written confirmation of the transaction.To my dismay once the order was placed, the only thing the webpage provided was a thank you message for placing the order. NO confirmation number, NO cost of shipping, and NO receipt for the purchase!!! Feeling that something was amiss, I clicked to the customer service tab on the webpage to determine how to cancel my order. To my dismay what I saw under frequently asked questions was ************ does Gardner Inc carry parts for?". I looked up Gardner Inc on the web, got their phone number, and immediately called to cancel my order. After about a 10 minute wait I spoke with ***** who confirmed the order had been placed but that he COULD NOT CANCEL THE ***** as it was already in their system. Yes, I am not joking, they would NOT cancel an order 10 minutes after it was placed!As this company is anything but transparent, my suggestion to everyone is purchase Homelite replacement products from Amazon or a local business as at least you can cancel or return the item. I believe this company is trying to deceive people to believe they are actually Homelite.

    Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. I ordered parts from one of my favorite companies, ***. And this company is I guess affiliated with them when doing online ordering. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received my parts and all the information I was given for my order is false, doesn’t exist. My grass is so over grown, I personally would if ordered from ****** if I knew this was the case…. Gonna cancel my order and get my money back. You guys are trashing a reputable company, *** deserves better. Still on hold while editing this review. I haven’t spoke to one person yet.

    I purchased a Hart Wet/Dry shop vacuum and within a few weeks it stopped working. I contacted them about my warranty and was directed to this company for a replacement. I followed their directions and filled out the paperwork provided to me. I emailed it to their contact and waited. They confirmed receipt and stated that my replacement would arrive in 15-20 business days. That was in the end of April. It is now July. I tried several times to reconnect but my emails are being ignored. I do not believe that I will receive a replacement and this is not a true company for replacing products from Hart.
