    *********************** the owner of this company gave me a contract to do the plumbing for a new install for a bathroom and kitchen with 4 year warranty. He would get the permit and do the blueprint. He was supposed to supply all materials but I had already bought everything. After signing and paying him he didn't show up for 2 weeks. When he did he didn't have the permits and the blueprint looked like my granddaughter did it. He began arguing with me because he changed everything from how I wanted it. He broke the existing drain pipe and left. He never capped it or came back. I want all my money back. Waste of time and money. He said it would only take 3 days. I've been waiting since 4 January 2024.

    6.13.2024 *********************** responded to complaint via phone call. He stated that the consumer was to have someone else do the bathroom framing. ***** said that during the process of doing work, consumer cancelled contract. ***** stated that he would be willing to return to complete work. He is not in agreement with consumer's request for a refund of money paid to date.

    I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because he had over 30 days to complete the work and never completed anything. He had my framing contractor to change my entire setup.  My father and other contractors will not mind making statements that he was hostile, rude, and disrespectful. I have attached text messages of all the times he said he got the permit and completed the drawing. As you can see the drawing was not professional or even good enough to turn in to get the permit.  On top of all of this I  had to have him to leave my property because he was so hostile with me and raising his voice I could not take it any longer. Then he tried to send me someone else's building permit and thought it would pass as mines.  The only settling is him returning my money. If I have already talked to the courts about my rights. I will take it to the full extent. The job is already complete thank God and they completed the job in 2 days.  I need a full refund because he did not meet his deadline, he did not pull the permits as the contract states, he did not do a plumbing blueprint, and he caused drama with the other contractors and myself. It is not allowing me to proceed with all my attachments. I tried zip file it but not working.
