    This company abandoned an 80 year old paraplegic. Yes, she can be difficult but they left her alone with only an elderly neighbor to care for her. They just stopped service without even giving a day or two to make other arrangements. ***** can be bossy and was demanding to be moved from her bed to her chair but they just need to say "no, ***** we can't do that. You are too difficult to lift." Instead..they just stopped service. She then called me and I not only have a job but I am not trained to care for her. The employees with this company need "thicker skin" and training in their people skills. I'm very disappointed. We had to call a squad to take her to the hospital because we are not trained to care for her. I will never recommend this company and will actively steer people away from this company.
