      Order was placed on 12/7/2023 and the items did not show up until 1/2/2024. Merry Christmas? Stop advertising if you cannot fulfill orders within the allotted timeframe on your website and emails!

      I ordered on 12/7/23. It said I would get shipping notification within 4 days. Nothing came. I emailed support. It says they'll answer within 24 hours in the website. I have now emailed them four times in the past ten days and not gotten a single response. I am out $100 with no explanation, no items shipped, absolutely nothing. This is a horrific scam of a company.

      Order was placed 12/09/2022 and as of today, 01/18/2023, still nothing. No product, no update, no shipping confirmation. When I followed up 12/19/2022 the individual told me, "Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear this. Your order is still in production at this time and we are sincerely sorry that it's taking so long to ship. Unfortunately, though we hoped to have this shipped out, we cannot guarantee a specific shipping or delivery date. We understand that this is less than ideal. We are working diligently to get this shipped as soon as possible. I sadly do not have an ETA at this time. When this ships you should get an email with tracking." I have followed up again and am waiting for a response. No problem taking my money. I would love for this place to be shut down and hope this will deter someone else from being *******.
