This is thus far the worse place to shop furniture. We bought a beautiful couch from them less than 6 months ago, it started ripping apart, I went to the store and spoke to the owner and he said its under warranty and reached out to ****** furniture and they shipped the the cushion cover at my house and he was supposed to bring the actual cushion and bring a sewing kit to sew ?? the couch. Its been more than a month trying to get this done, and today someone came and he said he didnt have the tools to sew ?? and he said he was going to ***** and come back and he never showed up, I called the owner back to back hes ignoring me . I give him the opportunity to come and pick up his couch from my house and hes ignoring me

Sorry for your convenience the parts usually take 2-3 week which should be in this week will take care of it and fix no worries thanks
