  Columbus Garage Floor Coating did my garage floor in 2017. Since then they have been out to repair it 4 times. I was told that it had a 20-year warranty when I paid to get it completed. They did not do it right from the start. The skirting was supposed to be nonslip, but it wasn't. It was dangerously slick. They fixed that on the first repair. then the skirting and floor was flacking off, they fixed that but they did not put the nonskid on the skirting again. I complained about that and they came to fix that. Then again it was flacking off again on the floor and the skirting. The owners son came out, this was 2021 by now and he said he refused to fix it and honor the warranty, he was also very rude and arrogant. I called and talked to the father and he had them come and fix the floor. But the repair looks horrible and like an amateur did the work. The son came out today again and was again very rude and arrogant and he refused to fix the floor. He also said he want to do any business with what so ever. I have a garage floor that looks horrible and I paid good money for a nice floor. I have seen many floors in high use areas like auto repair shops that still look great after years of hard use.

  I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. They are redoing my garage floor and they worked with us very good and we are happy with what will be done. They worked with us and we are doing an upgraded floor and just paying the difference between the cost of doing the old grade and the upgrade. Rick was so nice to work with and we really appreciate them working with us. We know we will be very happy with the results. The new floor will be put in May 18th and 19th. So please remove the complaint.
