This is a great company and their representatives are very patient and kind and do not try to pressure you into anything. They take the time to answer all your questions and ensure you get the rate and length of contract you called about. Definitely recommend them!AEP Energy

*** always has the best rates with no strings attached and free cancellation available if needed. I would highly suggest using them as your electric provider.AEP Energy

AEP Energy offered a good price for the kind of electricity generation I wanted, over a decent term at a fixed price. I just signed on for an extension of service and found the experience easy and clear. When I followed up with a question not answered on the web site, AEP representatives were knowledgeable and courteous, addressing my questions and completing the new contract. For where we are and what we expect for residential service, *** is doing a very good job.AEP Energy

*** employs knowledgeable and competent staff that quickly take you calls that easily guide you through your power decision process. The call took less than 5min, and I saved 3c/kW-hr. May not sound like much but it is 27% generation savings.AEP Energy

In these days of prices sky rocketing, its hard to find a reasonable price for my all electric home. My husband and I are both retired and only live on social security payments. I try to keep our bills as low as I can. I just exited a company that I was with for about a year, they had a fee if I exited early from their plan and they sent me a renewal letter in October of this year saying I would have to pay their $50.00 fee if I exited before November 12. The letter also stated that my account was going to to turn into a month to month adjusted one. I called them to say I did not want to renew with them on November 12. The person said my request would take them 3 to 5 business days to process. I became upset with that discussion and threatened to report the business to the *** in my state since it didn't take 3 to 5 business days to sign up with them. It turns out the contract didn't expire until November 18, so their previous contacts were just scare tactics. I chose AEP Energy because they don't charge a fee for leaving and their rate and term in months were the best that I could find at the moment. I do hope they have reasonable rates when my contract with them is renewing, I will stay with them if that happens. This initial signing was without any problems, they were very accommodating. I hope to become a long term customer of theirs.AEP Energy
