On the evening of Thursday October 20 2022 after 940pm I ordered two gyros an onion ring and two cake donuts and paid for it online. The order total to almost 25.00 I specifically requested I wanted the special or customary sauce for each gyro on the side and I put further details of my order in the provided areas. I also explained in the details I didn't know what Bentobox was and it appeared to be an delivery service that all the delivery services stated they do not delivery to the residence I needed it delivered to.. I arrive to the 24 buckeye donuts after 1030pm and went to the ordering area cashier desk and my order was still not fully ready the short overweight Caucasian female cashier with glasses had to get my donuts and put them into the bag as I am beginning to walk away to go to the closet corner to the ordering desk. I am noticing there are only 6 onion rings in my order that totaled to almost 25.00. I tried to speak with the cashier/associate regarding this she just kind of glared at me and kept continuing to go on about her duties at the register then as I walk to the corner nearest to the only entrance door a rush of additional OSU students over 12 to 13 of them come in and crowd me and were a bit rude and several of them seen I was trying to get the attention of both the cashier's an African American male and the same short heavy set Caucasian woman with glasses.. I couldn't get to the register and the cashier's weren't being attentive and focus on what I was stating, so I had to loudly shout just for a path to be open up from the corner I was in nearest the door just so I could leave. There were only 6 onion rings in my order and only one sauce. There is no way to directly speak with management and there was no managers contact business card at the cashier ordering table.. Lastly there is also no contact us website link to email or talk to management directly.
