    I ordered a hoodie back on September ******. I was suppose to receive my order around September 14, 2024. I reached out looking for my order a few times now and have only received a generic mass response. It is now November 18 and I still have not received my order nor have I gotten a response with any updates regarding this order. I believe that I have a right to know when and if I will receive my order.

    September 10th I ordered the ****** Hockey t-shirt. September 25th I received an email orders were running behind schedule. I reached out on September 26th to inquire when to expect the order and got a response it would be about 2 more weeks.Its November 2nd and I still do not have the shirt I ordered.
