- Determined on a client-by-client basis for corporate programs. For individual enrollments, a full refund is provided with written notification within 14 days from program start date. Within 7-13 days of a program start date a 50% refund will be provided. Under 7 days notice, the entire enrollment fee is eligible only for use in a future program or transferred to another designated participant for use.
