On the day of your event, if questionable weather is near.  We will call you before loading for your event.  You will then have the option to cancel with a full refund, reschedule for a future date (within 1 year of your original event), or raincheck.  If we have set up your event and inclement weather happens, there will be no refunds or rainchecks.
