    If you can’t trust the company, why trust them with your login credentials? I have used a number of hardware password managers over the years (******** ******** ****** *** *******) and decided to give Everykey a try. The device looked novel and I thought it’d be worth a look for personal use and potentially as a device for management to use. Shortly after purchasing the device from their website I was given a screen for what subscription model that I wanted to use… Odd considering going through the website you will be shown all the wonderful things that this device will do, but no mention of a subscription until you are on the hook for paying for a subscription to use the device. Once I located the contact information for the company I immediately contacted them to cancel my order. I got a response shortly that the order was cancelled, done deal, or so I thought. 10 days later I get another email stating a shipping label was created for the order that I cancelled already. I immediately contacted the company to see what was going on before they shipped it. The response back was “Oh yea we cancelled it when you requested it, but somehow we shipped it anyways, go ahead and refuse shipment”. If anyone has ever tried to refuse shipment on just about ANY shipping company they will know that’s pretty much impossible as the shipping companies typically throw your package and run, not giving anyone a chance to refuse shipment. I explained this to the company, which the stated that I can just send it back… The item that they screwed up, I get to take time off work, burn gas, and time driving to the post office, finding a printer (since I don’t have a home printer), and stand in line to return a product that I did not order or want. Do yourself a huge favor and don’t trust your logins, passwords, or money with a company that is this irresponsible and deceptive.
