    Constituent hired Plumbing One to connect sink and garbage disposal to new cabinets. It was installed incorrectly which caused water damage to her new cabinetry. Had repairs made by another contractor. Plumbing One refused refund of $500.

    Original install of garbage disposal was on 4/21/2023.  On this day we also hooked up water line to refrigerator and her dishwasher.  It should be noted that our warranty states 30 days.  Ms. ****** contacted us on July 22, 2023 which stated that she had water everywhere.  That same day, she also mentioned that she had another contractor rip it out and redo before we could even check out any issues (as previously stated, our warranty is 30 days, as stated on our invoice)  Ms. Hansen also on this day sent pictures of random acholic beverages.  Ms. Hansen then proceeded to harass our Service  Supervisor through both text and voicemail.  We advised Ms. Hansen that our warranty was 30 days and as she had other contractors in the home after we installed, we were not liable for the damage.  From the pictures that were sent, our install was different and had added piping that we did not do.  It was apparent that someone else had been doing work on the plumbing.  There was no complaint on the water line to refrigerator or dishwasher, which was included in the total of $500.00.

    None of this is true I never sent any pictures to her … I never used the sink when they installed it .. I have not used the new kitchen ever .. I did not harass her I just wanted my money back .. I have sent pictures of their work and the correct installation.. the first photo is Plumbing One installation the 2nd photo is correct installation.. The P trap was inverted.. When I was cleaning the sink water went everywhere.. When I contacted Jess she stated not only to me but my contractor that it was installed wrong ?? Why would I pay for wrong installation??  The whit PVC is Plumbing One Black is correct installation  ****** ******

    Plumbing One made every attempt to come back and look at the issue.  As it was three months later before she stated there was an issue, she had already had another contractor in to work on the same lines.  As this contractor and an electrician were all working in the area and we were not notified or able to view the issue, we stand by our 30 day warranty.  As a reminder, there were other items that were completed to encompass the $500.00 bill that you received.
