    Placed an order for delivery for lunch at 11:11am waited. Said order was received and would be delivered at 11:45am. 1200pm No order. checked tracking. said it was int he oven. Checked again at 12:11pm. Said order was chandelled. After waiting OVER an hour for an order it said the store was ********** did the order take place if the store was closed. Tis sent the first time this has happened with Pizzahut. They wonder why there business is falling.Some one could have easily contacted me and said that location isn't open please try anther nearby. I got nothing.nWhenever you go there the customer service is always bad. The staff are short and rude to customers. This is just the taste of their antics and I am tired of it.Closed the **** store down if you can't meet demand. I am now stuck without my fuss ( they took them out) and no lunch and my lunch hour is over. This is bad customer service!! I will never come t the **************** location again. This store makes the Pizza Hut look really bad. I will not visit or have anyone I now visit the store again. Canal ****************************** will also get a email and call from me.

    This ********* has the worst food and customer service imaginable. I was making a complaint about the food and I was attacked and called names by a white female and male customer while the cashier who was also white antagonized the attack. I was followed to my car by the white male and they of course threatened to call the police on me after they had started the verbal altercation. The racial undertones of this business is astounding and this is a horrible place to go for a person of color.
