  We had this company look at a door for us in the summer of 2024 around the period of the tornadoes on the Westside of Cleveland. The sales rep was very nice and efficient at the start which gave me confidence. I was not on site for the initial technicians visit but based on the recommendation from the sales rep we agreed that new door rollers and spring. The work occurred just after the storms so the power was out and validation of the service was not possible however I was assured the company would be back out once power returned. I indicated then that I was expecting not to pay until service was fully completed. Technician comes out and looks at panel and other parts and cannot get door to work - indicates new panel needed as board is fried yet I can see electrical is working as clicking is occurring when door button is pressed - however Im unsure on what is really missing. Gent sits in van for 15 minutes after and then disappears. I call in a second opinion - gent spends 5 minutes pushes a switch around the motor back into place and door works perfectly - this company were looking to charge me and extra $1200 dollars for a new board and ALSO have tried to charge me extra for the completion of the first service call which the second opinion indicates was largely unwarranted and way beyond requirements (spring didnt need replaced). This company doesnt return phonecalls even when I offer to settle, have operated on limited knowledge on my end to try and really take advantage and are an entity that should be avoided at all costs

  *** I'm very sorry that you had a negative experience in dealing with the storm damage to your operator. I'd like to investigate on our end but we do not have your name in our system or for that matter anyone with that last name. Is it possible that the job was called in/booked using a different name? We take these kinds of things very seriously so please let me know as soon as possible so that I can dig in to this! I will say that we do not do business the way that you're describing and I think it's very possible that you have my company confused with another. We've been in business for 60 years and would never be able to achieve that if we were doing business the way that your statement purports. We take care of and value our customers and have built our buisness based on those values.

  They were prompt, knowledg, and professional, They came out looked at why my garage door would not open. I needed new coils. They measured and ordered them immediately! When they went to pick them up they found that the wrong size had come in. They notified me of the issue and rescheduled the apt for the repair. They also notified me that the correct size had already been ordered again. On the day of the repair 2 technicians came out due to the fact that the coils I have, haven't been made for 40 years. The technichian that had the experience with that brand wasn't supposed to work due to an injury so he came out just to help guide! I really appreciate all that they went thru to fix my garage door. It really gave them a hard time! And to think, I originally thought about doing this myself! My garage door works great! Will and Curtis went above and beyond to make sure my garage door worked like new!! I am so sorry that it gave you such a hard time!! Thank you and stay safe????
