      Reached out to Crown Pointe to do some work in our kitchen. After a "broken phone" lapse in communication of a couple weeks and multiple followups, we finally got someone out to look at the job. We felt positive that they could help us with our project and had a good vibe. We were then told repeatedly (with weeks of grace period in between - multiple times) that someone from sales would be out to quote a price to us. Eventually, I called the Blue Ash line to determine whether or not we should just continue our search elsewhere. The Vice President called me back directly, apologized and told us this was not the norm, and requested I text photos of the project and description to him so he could resolve it directly. After waiting a couple of days with no response, I followed up and was told that he was waiting on the original individual (returning from vacation that day and would review with him same day). I was very understanding. I waited two more weeks with no response before reaching back out to thank him but let him know we were out of patience. The communication began May 2nd until July 8th, and we still had yet to receive an estimate for the project, so do not use this crew unless you have an infinite amount of time and patience.

      Nothing positive to say with regards to anyone and anything when it comes to this company. Low quality work, unreliable staff from top to bottom, terrible communication/follow up, and absolutely no concept of work flow procedures. No regard for personal property, very unprofessional staff. You will be disappointed. We gave them multiple opportunities to make corrections and address our concerns but with so many subcontractors involved and language barriers on top of that, we had to suffer through an expensive nightmare. The work is very low quality, do not support this business, not recommended.
