    Switched addresses to this location over a week ago and had initally received my mail forwarded but every single day after, mine as well as my minor child's, has not arrived. I'm missing very important mail and every location I have lived at as well as a previous post office box has had missing mail. I currently have a stalking protection order for me and my son and now another location and more mail is missing when you need keys to enter or they paid the owners off.

    The UPS Store does not have any control over the US Mail other than to take what mail the postal carrier brings in and place that in the mailbox.  Our center has operated since 2009 without any complaints regarding our mail service.  Any issues with US Mail is investigated by the United States Postal Service.

    Given your concerns, please come in for a full refund of fees paid to set up the mailbox.  Our service is clearly not appropriate for you and your mailbox will be terminated by the manager. Please contact the Postmaster at the Amherst US Post Office with your concerns regarding missing mail.  My center and staff do not take mail.  If you have concerns regarding staff at my center, please contact the Amherst Police Department and US Postmaster who will investigate your concerns - we have not and will not ever tamper with mail to any customer at our center.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I was in no way accusing anyone of stealing my mail and take offense to you saying I had done that. I thought you could be professional about this matter and speak to me regarding it as I tried to speak to your employees and was not getting anywhere. At no time was an owners name or information ever provided to me to speak to either to resolve this properly. I think it's childish that you just chose to close my mailbox as a new customer over something I feel could have been worked out but if that's how you do business, I guess I chose the wrong business to come too. I will come in for my full refund soon and to return my keys.
