    I went onto the Techtopia website to look at heaters. I never made a purchase but did start to put my card information in. I decided not to make the purchase deleted all my info and ten mins later I got an email thanking me for my purchase. I immediately sent several emails to the company saying I didn’t make this purchase and I didn’t want the items just a refund. They never answered the email and sent the product. As soon as I got the product I immediately notified the company and started the return process. I was told I had to pay to send it back which I did than was told I had to call them back and provide a tracking number which I did. The product was returned on the 20th of December. I have still not received my refund and now I have called three times and left messages with no return call. I have also called and waited on hold twice for over 30 mins each time with no answer. They require you send your copy of your order receipt with the return

    This is the company that I am making the complaint against. The only purchase receipt I had was sent back with the return. I will screen shot my bank statement and send a copy.

    I have not received a email confirming a refund and I have not received a refund so I don’t want to agree to anything until that happens. Until I receive my refund this matter is not resolved.
