    I did receive the product- noted the trial period was for three months, but that would void my return window. I returned the never used items per the instructions, but months later, after calling, emailing, phoning, I have received zero money back.

    IN JANUARY 2024 I FELL VICTIM TO FIRST REAL CHOICE LLC OVER 3 TINY SPACE HEATERS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE RECOMMENDED BY *****************. I MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO COLLECT MY MONEY OR MERCHANDISE. i WAS TOLD IT WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND HAD BEEN RETURNED TO THEIR WAREHOUSE, BUT THEY WOULD BE SHIPPED THE NEXT DAY. TO THIS DAY, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EXPLANATION OR REFUND. GRADR F IS APPROPRIATE 7/18/24.
