  I think they they were trying to take advantage of me they tell you a bunch of lies and run around. We've picked out a certain type of carpet for our living room a deep blue plush carpet with a hint of green in it ( aqua blue/green) in shade. But they came to the house and half installed a wrong carpet that wasn't chosen. They were supposed to have installed the carpet throughout the entire living room as what was told from when they had came out to measure the room. They didn't even do that right...plus the installation was very poor and looked unprofessional. You can Dee some small gaps by the walls and to top things off they had damaged the paint job that we had recently had done in the room. There were streaks of scrape marks along the wall. The owner of the establishment and the person who was the manager at the store just refused to give us the satisfaction that we rightfully deserve. All we wanted was to have this corrected by having the correct carpet placed down and sincere apology for the hassle.and run around. We wanted this done by Christmas as promised but they have failed.

  We have been customers of Custom Carpet for 30 years. Pam D was very knowledgeable in helping us pick out flooring for our three bedrooms. She was a pleasure to work with. We will be back in the spring to pick out flooring for our family room. We Custom Carpets to all our friends!!!

  Ordered 2 area rugs to be cut to order and bound this last weekend. Pam D. Was very helpful offering great advice on application of non-skid backing to one rug vs. a pad for the other. Custom Carpet had exactly what we were looking for and it was quick and easy to order when we stopped in after taking home swatches of the colors available. Mark finalized everything for us when we were decided and also offered advice on hard surface flooring for a future project.

  We have been getting our carpeting and flooring needs from Custom Carpet in Orchard Park NY for years. The Salespeople (especially Jim D******) and service has been excellent. Jim has always given us top quality service and honesty in regards to their product. Installers are always professional and friendly. Everything is cleaned up before leaving (even rug vacuumed). I highly recommend Custom Carpet in Orchard Park NY.

  Buyer Beware. Purchase carpet somewhere else. We purchased our carpet in May 2023 and had to pay in full of over $4,000 before they would even order our carpet. Carpet came in, we scheduled and install, carpet was installed and we found out that the carpet they installed was NOT the carpet we had ordered. We paid for an upgrade and this was not an upgrade. We called and got the run around four 4 weeks before they would admit that we were right. I know carpet because I worked at ******* Floor Covering for over 10 years. Fast forward and we set up a 2nd install of carpet only to find that they ordered the same carpet and were going to install the wrong carpet in our home a second time. I have had 2 bedrooms worth of furniture in my family room for 22 weeks and we still do not have our carpet. We were finally told that our carpet could not be gotten and to come in the store and pick out another carpet and they agreed to refund us $1,000. After we picked out a new carpet the one Manager told my husband that we were square and no money would be refund even though the newly picked out carpet was not as good as our original pick. My husband disagreed and told the Manager no deal. We are still waiting for our carpet and our refund of $1,500. Horrible experience.

  I bought my wall to wall carpet from the Olean store from Don. He was very professional and helpful. The installers did a fantastic job. Neat, polite, and efficient. Job of two rooms and a hallway were completed in 3 hours

  I worked with the Williamsville office on a very complicated Water Damage claim. Kathy E******* was extremely helpfuol in this situation. It took quite a while to settle the claim from ********, but Kathy was very patient in waiting for the claim to be honored and helped me choose the new vinyl floor. Also, JC, the man that came out to measure the floor was extremely helpful in getting the correct measurements. This is the third time I have purchased vinyl flooring from Custom Carpet. Hopefully the installation will be as good as my past two installations.in 2013 and 2021.
