      I cannot believe how horrendous the customer service at this company is. I am tired of dealing with the **** so now I am trying to cancel my account. Well they locked me out of my online account before I could cancel my internet service. I had to call the number and after 30+ minutes of “yes I want to cancel” I thought I was done. But NO. They told me to go to *** to drop off the router “no return label needed”. Well that’s just totally untrue. So I contacted them again and am currently on the 3rd customer service representative, over an HOUR into our conversation where I have had to repeat everything multiple times and I still don’t have a return label or return order number. Please save yourself a headache and never do business with these people.

      Verizon is claiming that my present router will no longer be serviced if a problem after 5/12 even though it's working fine. They want you to rent a new for $18 per month or purchase one for over $400. I think this a ripoff to force you to buy a new router.

      I absolutely HATE Verizon Business service! The connection is horrible. Customer service is by far the worst experience ever! I can’t wait for my contract to end because I’ll be running as far away from them as possible!

      I had the worst experience ever. Verizon tried too offer me better plan and 2 hours later I wanted too cancel. I explained I am a senior and did not want to change anything and did not want someone in my house. The representative ***** said that I could not cancel and I had to have the alarm system also. I said I did not want either and she kept insisting I had to take it and if I didn't she would get I trouble. I was histerical crying but she would not budge. I also called to cancel the alarm company and they showed up at my house. They also were trying to call me the entire night. She said the phone call as recorded so I hope that Verizon will check into this and make sure this does not happen again to anyone else.

      About two months ago, I made the worst decision of my life when I switched from spectrum Internet to Verizon Internet. Verizon is the worst possible company to deal with their customer service is nonexistent. Their Internet service is ridiculously slow. Their call centers are absolutely useless. Nobody knows what they’re doing. I’ve been a cell phone customer of theirs for 26 years and if it wasn’t for the fact that we just renewed our contract to get new phones, I would’ve canceled everything I have with them over this experience. Stay as far away from them as humanly possible.

      I had bad internet service. As they go up in price my service gets worse. So the said they will upgrade my service and I will pay less. After service was even worse. I canceled the service and they over charge my account. I called them and they gave me an excuse that makes no sense. I let that slide. No account was closed and they decided to change my account again no I can't get my money back.. people please let's stop giving these companies our account information. They are not does as good as it may seem. They desperate to make any amount of money

      I REQUESTED THAT MY PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT DATE BE CHANGED UNTIL THE 14 AND WAS TOLD IT WAS APPROVED , AND THEY TOOK A PAYMENT A REFUSED TO REFUND MY ACCOUNT , AND NOW MY ACCOUNT IS OVER DRAWN. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A WASTE OF TIME.

      Why would you have me go through all the prompts of assuming my issue will be attended to when in the end, THAT DEPARTMENT IS CLOSED Foolish automated call service, Verizon this is just absolute bunk

      Constantly over charging. Can only live chat. Can’t talk to anyone in financial office of any kind you get lost in phone tree. Absolutely poor service

      Verizon STOLE my money out of my account without my approval. I had a payment schedule worked out, The account was closed for 3 months, and they withdrew 542.60 from the bank account that I removed from their system months prior.... VERIZON STOLE MONEY without consent!
