      I contacted Werecoverdata.com to take all the text messages from one phone number for a certain period of time. It was stated this was a 3-5 day turn around. This first contact was 12/17/2024. I paid for the initial fee of $95 by credit card. Case number: ******. Reference number: ********. I dropped my phone off after the holidays on 1/6/2025. By 1/9/2025, I did not hear back from them. I tried contacting them but did not receive a response. They contacted me on 1/13/2025 by email and said my recovery had been started.The following day ****** contacted me and asked what they were doing with my phone. I told him I needed copies of all the text messages from one phone number and the dates from beginning to end. This was already on my case file. He sends another email asking anything else? I told him no. Werecoverdata.com sent me a list of what the cost could be, not what it was. I agreed to proceed. The next day they sent me a bill they wanted the bill paid before they proceeded. I had already agreed to pay AFTER the work was done. By their emails I assumed it was done and had asked numerous times before when it would be. The time and price was not explained to me up front. They could not get the work done on time and I have been without my phone for 21 days now. Any business I needed to do is lost now. This has cost me more money because I have missed important calls and texts.I have emails from credit cards that transactions were made they knew I wouldnt do. They have reversed charges. This is a crime!I have kept all my email correspondence with them, including invoices and receipts. They are also copied ****** this point I dont care about the initial $95. They have not done the work and kept my phone entirely too long. I want my phone back. Its going to be checked by another company for anything added or deleted from it. I feel they have tried to scam me. I dont know if my phone is even intact. But I want my phone back.

      On January 13th I dropped my computer off at We Recover.Their promised turn around time was 6-24 hours.I still have had hardly any communication from them and it has been two weeks.I was led to believe that their data recovery team worked on site, then that they were located in *************I do not know where my computer is or what it's status is.I want them to send me my computer back directly to my home address and refund my payment.

Sent via ****** from **************** on 3/14/2024 by myself (*****************************). Investigation by ***** (case ***********) concludes the item was signed for by ***************************** ******* of *********** on March 15, 2024 at 2:26 pm. The storage device held critical records and files. *************************** *************) and ***************** representative ************************* *************)
