- All returns must be made within 15 days and must have a return authorization number. Please call or email them for a return authorization number and include this number with your return. All Items must be returned in original condition in original packaging. All return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. They will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15%. Merchandise returned for credit without prior authorization will be not be honored. All authorized returns must be properly packaged and returned in the same condition received. Engraved Items are not returnable. Please insure and track all return packages. Schoppy’s is not responsible for packages or items lost during return shipping.
