      This Insurance company put in for a claim no one is answering. my emails. Phone calls experience. Its not good at all.

      Do NOT use them for RV insurance. Will not cover anything. I filed a claim the awaning was damaged by wind. They stated they do not cover it even though I pay for comp coverage for natural disaster. We will be going elsewhere for our insurance needs.

      I think 1 star is generous for these rats. ******* ***** is a horrible representative. She is as useless as words cant describe. If Im trying to be respectful. She failed to communicate, call, text. We leave her SOOO many voicemails and she never called us back! She is rude and even told us ok im gonna hang up now like who do you think you are??? I will be changing insurances. You guys are disgusting and should not be in BUSINESS, we are ashamed of having filled your pockets with money for no reason. You guys are rats and should be treated as such!

      Horrible I ended my policy . I was never told I had a balance . On the website when I logged in it never said ether and unfortunately I was sent to collections. Would have I know I had a balance I would have paid immediately as I just filed for bankruptcy and wanted to get a clean slate, but bs companies like this make it hard for a customer. I never received a letter all I got was a text from collection agency saying I owe National general. representative want to then send me documents that the supposedly they sent she probably typed it up while we were on the phone because it had the wrong insurances name smh.

      this is the worst insurance company .do not AND I REPEAT DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! they are criminals. They never return ant calls or texts or Emails they will slow walk you and no conscious then lowball you all the while cancel and not pay for anything and try to break you and lie and thats all they do.

      Leaving a 0 would be giving them to much credit. ****** and dimed the body shop on what should be fixed and what shouldn't even with pictures to prove the damage. It took them 5 days to go inspect our vehicle at the body shop once it was torn down. Once the vehicle got fixed National refused to pay the correct amount and the body shop had to settle just to get some money to cover the cost of repair. We had filed a bodily injury claim as well. That claims agent did nothing but call my insurance company and told them they had to open the claim. Then proceeded to tell me that it was a state statue that I had to use my insurance before them. When I asked for him to please provide me the statue he is referring to as well as the policy jacket for the company he quit responding to emails and cut all communication. Complete joke of a company. I pray no one ever gets hit by one of their drivers.

      I have National General Homeowners Insurance. They overcharge by claiming a bad credit rating allows them to raise the cost to the consumer. I have an excellent credit rating. When I asked what the reasons were for why they thought my credit rating was not good, they kept referring me to different places and saying they sent it on to their underwriters and they are "Processing" -- delay delay delay. I never got an answer. I will NEVER use them again!
