1 star******** experience and unfortunately due to their negligence and mismanagement of my case it has been forced to go to litigation. It has been an absolute mess from the very beginning and I feel like I was discriminated against mistreated throughout this entire process. Its been almost 3 years and with the amount of changes I am no further along now that I was 3 years ago. Still holding on for dear life and trying to make it out the process with some or sanity.Review fromCurt F

I'm very disappointed in ******** Riddle. It has been over a week since he received my US Priority Mail 9" x 12" envelope containing my accident details with pictures and multiple drawing of the site. He nor his office has had the courtesy to reply with even "We can't help you" or anything. He received my home address, my email address, my cellphone number, and my home telephone number, any of which a quick reply would have worked. After any injury from an accident, being farther ignored is not acceptable.

Thanks to ************************************************ I was able to focus on my treatment and they handled the rest. My case manager, ************************* was amazing. She explained the process and guided me through the whole ordeal. The Attorney, *****, was super sweet. Excellent firm, with excellent people. Gene ********************** and every member of the team were courteous, professional, and very capable in handling the matters at hand, keeping track and managing the progress of our case through the system. Our legal system can be baffling to those of us who are not attorneys or trained in the ins and outs of the process. **********************'s team worked though the details and difficulties of courts, insurance companies, and medical bills. We felt confident in their work, and they kept us informed and advised along the way as to their progress. Attorney settled 4 months ago with insurance adjuster securing a larger pay out for themselves than me I still haven't received my settlement. Following my accident I was left with carpal tunnel that was not present prior to accident I still experience numb fingertips pain in my arm weakness in my hand that causes me to constantly drop things.
