      I am filing a complaint against Ohio Connections Academy. I called Ohio Connections Academy last year and asked to be removed from the USPS mailing list. I am still receiving mail at my residence in my name from them after I asked to be removed from their residential mailing list.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and we appreciate the opportunity to address this concern. We encourage Ms. Norris we to contact us at *******************************m if we can be of any assistance in the future.
