  Im a 13 year served Army and **** War Veteran and Im a independent contractor that delivers from time to time for your company and Ive in the beginning of the year got all the *********** ******** and ****** and ********* ******** areas helped get all the orders that were behind caught up. I live in ******* ******** so you can imagine all the thousands of miles I had drove to help them company deliver all the Vapes. You can check my track record. I had some orders that were canceled or rejected by customers and I was told to keep them at my home until the company Haultail ask me to get them to the *** store to be mailed back to the company and I would receive $5 per package so over a month ago I did this and I have screenshots of me being told this in messages and me sending proof I mailed the packages back and I was lied to and am still owed $80 as agreed since over a month ago. ***** has lied to me about this matter weeks and weeks now over a month now. I have many message screenshots of everything Im claiming. Im owed $80 which is 16 packages I sent back as directed to keep and send back later at a $5 per package rate. Also to add Ive since Ive started delivering for this company at the beginning of 2022 have had to remind them to pay me to pay me on time, to not cheat me out of the thousands of miles I driven to help them since they were clearly behind on orders because they cant keep drivers to deliver because they are crooked and cheats. This company is all about keeping their money and not pay you if you let them. They have lied and will use every excuse about accounting not being connected to PayPal or Zelle and or not having enough money on their books on hand to pay the drivers for the deliveries theyve made.

  Fraudulent company!! Still haven't been paid for deliveries I made over a month ago! Already working with a lawyer.

  Haultail should be called Dragtail! They take 3-4 wks to deliver and last delivery was into the 4th wk when they STILL didnt know where it was! The company (****) had to cancel my order and return my money! This isnt the first time either. I went through 3 months of contacting haultail when alls I got were lies! Their excuses were, courier had an emergency, they werent in my area, itll be here in a few days, which turned into weeks! Bottom line, they didnt know where it was!I really hope **** finds a new courier. Theyre giving them a bad name!

  Terrible business I haven't gotten paid and everyday they tell me the same "waiting for accounting" it has been weeks of the same exact excuse at this point its a clear indication of a fraudulent business. No wonder many of the customers don't receive their packages drivers don't get their promised pay and probably refuse to continue working.

  Same problem as other review. On Vuse using Haultail. Where I purchased my order from uses this company, they have my order for over a month and still failed at delivering it. The first two orders were no problem. Waiting over a month and they still have not delivered my product, text them same answer , apologies and say it will be delivered and nope it hasnt..

  ZERO STARS I had to check at least one star to leave this review -- ZERO STARS 2022-06-08 12:30 PM In transit to hub 2022-06-13 11:18 AM Arrived at the hub 2022-06-17 09:31 AM In transit to terminal 2022-06-21 05:39 PM Picked up by courier This carrier is the WORST as of 2PM 2022-06-23 I am STILL waiting, no way to track packages and you BETTER BE HOME whenever they decide to arrive!Don't use, and stop buying from companies that use these pukes.

  Terrible. They have lied to me for 1.5 months about a package. Wont tell what city its in after promising day after day and never seeing it arrive. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

  Unfortunately I didnt research this company enough before using them as an employer. Once you sign up through the app, it says pending and eventually someone messages you by text which is sketchy and somewhat unprofessional. Although I understand its the quickest way of communicating, I should have known better than to respond to a text with my social and other personal info. They advertise daily pay on their site which is at the very least false advertising. They dont even explain pay before signing up, which is something I should have inquired about first. Its been almost two weeks since I delivered packages for two days and pay hasnt come through. Now they arent responding and are acting as if its crazy that I want to be paid for my services. I dont recommend using this company !
