      Purchased Miracle Ear hearing aids [M.E.ha] Jan 3, 2023, have had continual problems. They promised service but had to drive to their office 10 miles away ea time-every few weeks/ months- but their 'fixes'/'adjustments'/& a replacement never lasted. I hoped at least the replacement would last, but no. I'd given up on office visits since they were pointless, took time & trouble w/NO lasting results. ME emails asked for survey but they were long & not directly to M.E.. My complaints had been directly to the office--app 20 over 2 yrs. I've been wearing only the best one for many weeks but it shuts off during the day, tho I charge & clean them regularly. The ha's have been a source of headaches, problems, arguments that they were supposed to solve. I can't depend on them, to the point of possible accident/injury/break-in. My wife will speak right behind me & I can't hear or she'll yell from the next room, I can't hear. So, if she needs help, I can't be sure I'll be able to hear! Since pmt wasn't through M.E. but a loan co they work with, we didn't think canceling would be possible so we continued to pay & try.. But our patience, our hope, is GONE. These ha'l aren't dependable. We don't want to continue paying for service & items that don't work--esp since we're retired. (This report doesn’t include all the issues we’ve had w/the ha’s, nor all our disgust and frustration!) I do ask to keep the ha's, at least for now since they're slightly better than nothing--until I find something else. I will return them later if required. But if we have to return them, we ask for refund for what we paid as well as cancelation of the contract. Minimum request: cancelation of 48 month contract & cancelation of balance due, approx $4000.

      Still no response?? The hearing aids continue to fail--though constantly 'nursed.' They are worthless. Let us out of this contract!
